I'm Therese
I am an intuition mentor, medical intuitive, and the creator of the Inner Temple practice — a grounded, experiential method for accessing intuitive wisdom from within. With over 18 years of professional experience working intuitively with clients, I have guided hundreds of people to deepen their intuition, access clarity, and reconnect with their inner authority.
My work was born not from theory, but from lived practice. After years of being guided by logic and external frameworks and studying cutting edge quantum energy medicine, I returned inward and rebuilt my relationship with intuition through stillness, embodiment, and direct inner listening.
What emerged was the Inner Temple — a repeatable, teachable practice that helps people access intuitive information clearly, safely, and with trust.
My approach bridges ancient ways of knowing with modern life. I do not teach intuition as something mystical or inaccessible, but as a natural human intelligence that becomes stronger with structure, practice, and presence.
