18 years. Three continents. Over 30 specialist trainings. And one unwavering belief: that your intuition is not a mystery to be solved , it is an intelligence to be developed.
I didn't arrive here through a single awakening moment. I arrived through years of quiet devotion, and a lot of miles. My journey has taken me around the globe. From the ancient temples and ashrams of India, to the mystery schools and healing traditions of Europe, to the cutting edge of modern energy medicine. I have sat at the feet of extraordinary teachers, trained in some of the world's most transformative healing systems, and brought every single piece of it back to one question: how do human beings actually heal? What began as a personal calling in 2003 became a vocation. And what became a vocation eventually became a school. But long before the Academy existed, there was simply me, learning to trust what I could feel but couldn't always explain. Learning to distinguish fear from intuition. Learning to work with energy not as something abstract, but as the most real and intelligent language I had ever encountered. That journey changed everything. And it is the same journey I now guide others through.
Over 18 years, I have trained extensively across five interconnected disciplines — each one chosen deliberately, integrated deeply, and woven into the approach I teach today. My formal training spans energy medicine and healing arts (including Sekhem, Reiki Mastery, TCM Energy Medicine, and SourcePoint Therapy), body-based therapies (including Craniosacral Therapy, Structural Integration, and BodyTalk), psychology and transformational modalities (including Energy Psychology, Medical Intuition, and Breakthrough Therapy), and yogic sciences (trained across Ireland and India, with a foundation in Vedanta philosophy, Kriya Yoga, and Yoga Nidra). In total, more than 30 specialist trainings — studied across three continents, grounded in both ancient wisdom traditions and modern evidence-based practice. This is not a collection of certificates. It is a lifetime of devotion to understanding how human beings heal, grow, and awaken — from the inside out.
Yet while I hold many qualifications, my real education has come from thousands of hours in session, sitting with the human nervous system, the subtle body, and the intelligence that moves beneath symptoms.
What I teach has been refined through practice: through listening to bodies, tracking energy, working with trauma, awakening intuition, and witnessing how consciousness reorganises itself when met with the right conditions.
What I Actually Teach
I do not teach intuition as something mystical or inaccessible, reserved for special people in special circumstances. I teach it as what it actually is: a natural human intelligence. A biological and spiritual capacity that every person carries. One that becomes clearer, more reliable, and more powerful when it is given the right conditions to develop. What those conditions require is not more information. It is depth. Embodiment. Discernment. And the willingness to heal at the level where transformation actually happens — in the body, in the field, in the nervous system — not just in the mind. This is why the Academy exists. Because I have sat with too many gifted, sensitive, called individuals who had the instinct but not the structure. The desire but not the training. The knowing but not the trust. That changes here.
Life Beyond the Work These days, I'm fortunate to call Portugal home and it suits me deeply. There is something about this country, its light, its slowness, its ancient soul, that mirrors the kind of life I believe we are all moving toward. One that feels expansive, grounded, and genuinely alive. I live here with my husband and our two young boys. My journey has taken me across continents in search of ancient wisdom and cutting-edge healing knowledge. What I've discovered is that the most powerful truths are often the simplest ones and that the path back to yourself doesn't require travelling far. It just requires the courage to look inward. That is what I hope to give you here.
